He has imported ZFS source tree from OpenSolaris into the NetBSD base system. Now he can build kernel on ZFS file sytem with needed kernel patches. Work in progress and there are some unresolved issues. As he says in his message, he will announce when ZFS reach state where it can be compiled and used.
